Frequently Asked Questions on Inquiries & Sampling

Here are clear answers regarding quotes, sampling MOQ, lead times and the order process.

1. How soon will I receive a quote after inquiring?

Quotes for standard styles are replied to within 24 hours; quotes involving customisation require 2–3 working days for structure and material costing.

2. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Standard styles have an MOQ of 50 pcs / style / colour; newly moulded styles have an MOQ of 100 pcs / style. Orders can be consolidated by collection.

3. What is the sampling process and sample fee?

Original sample production takes 10–15 days. Sample fees vary by style and material — they are quoted together with your sampling plan and are deductible from the bulk order. Customers are responsible for sample shipping and material price differences.

4. What is the typical bulk order lead time?

Standard styles take 30–45 days; orders involving custom dyeing and hardware moulding take 45–60 days. The order confirmation document is final.

5. Which logistics and payment terms are supported?

FOB, CIF, EXW and DDP are supported; payment is primarily by T/T, and long-term clients may apply for credit terms.

6. Do you provide neutral and branded packaging?

Both are available. Neutral packaging suits wholesale distribution; branded packaging supports customised shipping marks, hang tags, dust bags and gift boxes.
