Workshop visits by appointment

Our weaving workshop is located in southern China and regularly hosts appointments with buyers and brands from Europe and the US. You are welcome to view styles in production, material samples and workshop operations on site.

Please book your visit by email at least two weeks in advance so we can arrange a dedicated contact for your itinerary and prepare the samples.

Every project is slightly different. The following outlines our typical collaboration timeline to help you set expectations.

Inquiry & Communication

Confirm category, quantity, target price and launch timeline, with an initial assessment of fit.

Sampling & Material Confirmation

First samples completed in 10-15 days, with material color cards and craft notes sent at the same time.

Quotation, Contract & Production

Once styles are confirmed, we issue the formal quote, payment terms and production schedule. Standard orders are completed in 30-45 days, with split deliveries available based on the client's timeline.

Quality Control & Delivery

Full inspection is completed before shipment, with third-party inspection and video audit reports supported; multiple logistics options such as FOB, CIF and DDP are available, with trackable door-to-door delivery
