Last Updated: October 22, 2026. These terms govern quotations, sampling, bulk production and private label services provided by NOLVA.
These Terms of Service apply to quotations, sample orders, bulk production and private label services provided by 维淏科技有限公司 (Weihao Technology Co., Ltd.), trading as NOLVA ("we", "us"), to business customers ("Buyer"). By submitting a purchase order, paying a sample invoice or confirming a technical specification, the Buyer accepts these terms.
Quotations are based on the specification, quantity, materials and delivery terms confirmed in writing. An order is accepted when we issue a written order confirmation. Payment terms are agreed at quotation and confirmed on the order confirmation.
Sampling normally takes 10–15 days after receipt of the technical specification and material approval. Sample fees cover pattern making, materials and dye setup. When a bulk order meets the applicable minimum order quantity, the sample fee is credited toward the bulk invoice.
Bulk production normally takes 30–45 days after written sample approval. Custom dyeing or new tooling may extend production to 45–60 days. Lead times are estimates and depend on material availability and approved specifications.
Goods are handmade. Minor variations in dimensions, weave, colour and finish are inherent to handwork and are not defects. The approved sample is the reference for bulk production. Claims for visible defects should be raised promptly after delivery and, where possible, before the goods are used or resold.
The Buyer is responsible for ensuring it has the right to use any designs, logos, artwork or trademarks supplied to us. We treat Buyer designs and technical documents as confidential and use them only to fulfil the order.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with an order is limited to the value of the goods concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. The parties will first seek to resolve any dispute through good-faith discussion.
