Studio Visits Welcome by Appointment
Our weaving studio is located in southern China and regularly hosts visits from buyers and brand partners across Europe and the US. You can see styles in production, material samples, and the production line on-site.
Please email to schedule your visit at least two weeks in advance; we will arrange a dedicated contact to coordinate your itinerary and sample preparation.

Inquiry Communication
Confirm category, quantity, target price point, and launch timeline; conduct an initial fit assessment.

Sampling & Material Confirmation
Initial samples completed in 7-12 days; material color cards and craft specifications shipped simultaneously.

Quotation, Contract & Production
After style confirmation, a formal quotation, payment terms, and production schedule are issued. Standard orders are completed in 30-45 days and can be delivered in batches according to the client's timeline.

Quality Control & Delivery
Full inspection before shipment; third-party inspection and video sampling reports supported; FOB, CIF, DDP and other logistics options available, with traceable door-to-door service
